  Drove to this store 5 hours away to have them preform a legal name change per Sprint's requirements. My bill still comes 6 months later with my former last name. Very disappointed that Sprint isn't training their associates to do a better job. Making me question why I am staying with them if this simple task can't be completed...

  Horrible quality of service, I have been in multiple times and no one greets you or anything and that's beside the major point. I went in about a week ago to return a phone case I had bought the previous day and after about 15 minutes of waiting and then 30 minutes of the guy jumping back and forth between another customer and I he finally came to the conclusion that they did have enough money in the drawer so he said come back later, I did not have time for a while. So I was in the area and I headed up there and got the at 8:15 pm (not knowing they closed at 8) saw a bunch of employee's and customers inside so pulled on the door and it was locked, then I noticed the hours so I politely knocked waiting for one of the 4 free employee's to answer the door and no one even looked at me to acknowledge. Now I also work in a retail business that is pretty similar and if someone showed up 10 15 minutes after we closed I would at least have the dignity to acknowledge them and explain. The level of disrespect that those degenerates had was unbelievable. Think they need a little change in management to be guided down the right path of common courtesy..
